Terms of Service

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure — anyone with access to it can access your Cutout library.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country to use Cutout.

The Free plan includes a limited number of image cuts per month at no cost, no card required.

Pro and Business are paid subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged in advance for each billing period.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period — you keep your plan’s features until then, then your account reverts to the Free plan.

Unused image quota does not roll over between billing periods.

You keep ownership of every image you upload and every result Cutout produces from it. We do not claim any rights to your content.

You may only upload images you own or have permission to process. Do not upload images that are illegal, infringe someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to use.

You can delete any image from your library at any time; deletion is permanent.

Do not use Cutout to process illegal content, to abuse or overload the service, or to attempt to access another user’s library or account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Cutout is provided "as is." Background removal is performed automatically and results may occasionally be imperfect, particularly on low-contrast or complex images. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Cutout after an update means you accept the revised terms.
